I remember fifteen years ago, searching through Google for whatever went into my mind. I’m an audiovisual producer, and believe me, those times weren't too easy to research, even with the big Mr. G.

Now it seems to be so simple and at the same time so complex that this entrance will be shorter with what I have to say about Artificial Intelligence (AI). It happened just two minutes ago when we heard about the new developments in AI.

It was kind of impossible that some robots could help us with our homework, research, create new ideas from scratch, or even make an entire movie by only describing it with three words, and this is just to name some of the things that AI can do, because the list can be longer.

Being a creator in those past years was a mysterious and deeply personal experience. Creating any artistic expression took time. It was something really hard for one person, perhaps easy-going and straightforward for others who have assistants, like real humans.

But thinking about having a robot doing the “assistant” job was like a dream. The photo editing programs that revolutionized absolutely everything in the photography industry, smartphones, and then the infinite list of apps that came one after another with updates every month were incredible. Now I look back on those days, and I’m still amazed at how quickly we got into all this.

We currently live in a different world, as the pandemic year seems like a complete reset of everything, and when I say everything, I mean everything. It was like this: Ladies and Gentlemen, this is how the new world will be, prepared or not, this is it.

There wasn’t a chance to breathe about it. From night to day, we now have an infinite list of apps: nutrition, health, astrology, weather, cooking, languages, photography, video editors, music recognition, and so on. Although for some people the use of these new technologies was scary because they thought that robots would replace their jobs, the rest were very impressed with them and started to play the game with AI.

Now that we are in 2025, it is evident that AI has arrived to stay, and this is just the beginning. So, it is time to take your seats, put on your seatbelt, and start connecting with these fantastic new technologies that are making our lives easier than before. Perhaps now we can start practicing the activity that we always postpone, or start sharing meaningful moments with your family or friends that won’t last forever.
